Shipping Policy

Baked to order, posted the same day
Every Cookie Cult order is baked fresh, just for you. Order by midnight and we'll bake your cookies the next morning and post them the same day, so they arrive the way they left the oven.

If the next day is a Sunday or a bank holiday, your cookies will be baked and posted on the next working day instead.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We're not able to ship to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses or anywhere outside the UK at the moment.

Delivery options and costs
All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24.

- Orders under £22: £2.99
- Orders of £22 or more: free

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels the next working day after posting, Monday to Saturday.

Tracking your order
As soon as your cookies leave our kitchen, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door. You can also check your order status at any time using the link in your order confirmation email.

Delivery times
All delivery times are estimates. Most orders arrive the day after they're posted, but occasionally Royal Mail may take a little longer, especially during busy periods such as Christmas or during bad weather. We're not able to control delays once your parcel is with Royal Mail, but we'll always do our best to help.

If nobody's home
If Royal Mail can't deliver your parcel, they'll leave a card telling you how to rearrange delivery or collect it from your local delivery office. Please collect or rearrange it as soon as possible so your cookies are enjoyed at their freshest.

Please check your address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at hello@cookiecult.shop straight away and we'll try to fix it before your order is posted.

Damaged, missing or late orders
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 3 working days of being posted, please email us at hello@cookiecult.shop with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged). We'll look into it with Royal Mail and make it right with a replacement or refund.
